How's it going?
Do you remember the reptilian torcs I made some time ago? They had a sprig of Araucaria excelsa, also called 'Norfolk pine' as basis (By the way, I don't exclude the possibility of making similar designs in short...)
Well then, two years later I achieved to replicate in metal something like the original texture!:

It's clear there's nothing better than natural, but results are quite similar...
In fact, leaving aside similarity, what I like is originality and delicacy of the pieces themselves. Maybe I should include them in my 'Tiptoe' collection of discreet jewelry, shouldn't I? ^^
